Henry Hamilton I Duley II, 76, will be at 11 a.m. jEST today at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home. Private burial will be at Cave Hill Cemetery. Dr. Duley died Saturday at his home in Louisville.

A 1943 graduate of Augusta High School in Paducah, Dr. Duley served with the 1st Division of the 79th Infantry during World War II and his unit landed on Omaha Beach during the D-day invasion of Europe. After the war, Dr. Duley grad- uated from the University of Lou- isville School of Dentistry in 1953 and practiced dentistry in Louis-. ville and the Fern Creek area until he retired in 1992.

Dr. Duley was the charter president of Phi Kappa Tau fra-I ternity. He was a former member of the Filson Historical Society; Gourmet Group of Louisville; and Holy Spirit Church. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Virginia Ann Buskirk Duley; four children, Randolph 1 Buskirk Duley, Donna L. Duley and Diane Duley Cunagin, all of Louisville, and Patrick Handlin Duley of Orlando, two sis- ters, Katherine Duley Hill of 1 Memphis, and Mary Duley Davis of Louisville; and nine grandchildren.
